Particularly Ahlam and Youssra, provided excellent assistance. The beautiful terrace offered fine views that enhanced our dining experience.
One downside was the difficulty with the suggested guide, who primarily led us to shops with inflated prices, which could dampen your shopping experience in the medina.

beautiful, beautiful, beautiful
The Riad's fine courtyard, adorned with vibrant Moroccan décor, offered a peaceful sanctuary after navigating the lively souks. The breakfast was an absolute treat, with a daily rotation of authentic Moroccan dishes, including a fantastic gluten-free option that delighted my taste buds.
strongly recommend 😊❤️

Very good service, I greatly enjoyed good food.
Very professional and fabulously helpful staff and the place was impeccably clean. The room was huge and neat, could see garden from the window. Included a safe, central heating and TV with satellite channels, and the bed was comfy. The breakfast was large and rich, I would stay here again.

Location right by Medina and the Middle Atlas mountains. Beautifully decorated room and traditional breakfast.

The Meknes Suite was spacious and well-equipped. The breakfast each morning was a standout, with freshly cooked dishes tailored to our preferences, all served in a cozy atmosphere with live music.
I found the dining options a bit limited outside the hotel and missed recommendations for local eateries where we could enjoy dinner. While I upgraded to a suite, I felt the pricing was a bit inflated compared to what was listed on the official website, leaving me with a twinge of regret for not negotiating better. Although the location was central, the narrow streets surrounding the area could be a bit challenging to navigate with luggage.

Ryad Alya has an excellent location just few steps from the square with all the taxis but in the quite back street, so no noise, but easy access. It is also close to medina and fruit market. The staff of the hotel is wonderful. We were with small baby and they 'spoiled' him with the smiles and attention without forgeting us too. We stayed in one of the smallest rooms "Tanger" which was still very nice and confortable, just maybe the fact that the bathroom is on the second floor is not very convenient with the baby. After one cold day Ryad's hammam was a real saviour and treat! in breave, everything there was excellent!

The rooftop terrace offers a fine view of the
City, especially during sunset when it comes alive with lights. The spacious Meknes Suite was a delight, and the staff were very good every step of the way. The location is also very convenient for exploring the medina, but be ready for narrow streets.

Top of the bill. We are frequent travellers and travel all over the world. We always set our standards very high. Keep this in mind while reading. There are many more ryads in Fes, but this one has the best combination of all the important criteria: location ( good access going in or out the medina), beautifully restored innside and outside, luxurious suites (worth every cent), very very friendly staff and very helpfull in any way. We also loved this ryad because of the calm athmosphere inside (the medina is very hectic though very nice). There is one other very beautiful ryad, that is more like a boutique hotel and therefore less calm. Also enjoyed the hammam and the massage, lovely traditional dinner and the terrace! We felt very welcome and recommend this ryad to everyone who appreciates the criteria mentioned.
